I like YouTube but I’ve finally found my niche of video. I’ve limited myself to just watching the priority ones that I actually get something from or learn something from like geography, travel, productivity videos. A bit like prioritising tasks. It’s hard though, I feel for the Tik Tok generation where you just get sucked into scrolling.
